We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to ensure the best experience and avoid wait times at the Fair Box Office. Please note, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre is a cashless venue, so only card payments will be accepted.

If you are no longer able to attend on the date specified on your ticket, please contact ticketing@melbourneartfoundation.com and we will assist in transferring your ticket to another day that suits you. Please note, if you would like to change dates to a ticket of a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.

Yes. When logged in to your Eventbrite account on desktop, you can edit your order information to change the name and email. The tickets will then be sent to the nominated email address to ‘claim’. If you require assistance, please contact ticketing@melbourneartfoundation.com
