Hailing from China, Louis is the Founder of award-winning Mornington Peninsula luxury hotel, Jackalope. Since then, he has staged a wildly successful contemporary art installation, Rain Room at Jackalope Pavillion in Melbourne, and is looking to continue Black Star Pastry’s notoriety with the iconic Strawberry Watermelon Cake, with a huge cult following all over the world.
