Lachlan Stonehouse, born in Scottsdale, Tasmania in 1999, graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) from the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne, in 2023. His debut solo exhibition was held at Five Walls Gallery in April 2024, followed by a two-person show at Sydney Contemporary with Emma Langridge in September 2024. Notable awards include the George Paton Gallery Artist’s Residency Award (2021) and the Vice Chancellor’s Award of Excellence (2024). His work is featured in collections such as Macquarie Group, Leeuwin Estate, Justin Art House Museum, and private collections in Australia and New Zealand.
