Elizabeth Barnett’s work explores the intersection of personal experience, identity, and the domestic sphere, often reflecting on the complexities of motherhood and the role of the artist. Barnett's practice has been celebrated through numerous awards and high profile collaborations. Most recently she collaborated with Narrm/ Melbourne fashion brand Nancybird for their 2023 Banksia Collection and in 2022 was announced as a finalist in the Eutick Still Life Award. In 2021 she was featured in Amber Creswell Bell's Thames & Hudson publication, 'Still Life: Contemporary Australian Painters.'
