Join percussionists Steven Bryer and Aditya Bhat, recent alumni from the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM), for a rousing performance in the Piazza at Melbourne Art Fair.

Witness the world premiere of of Bells Across Lines, an original piece composed by percussionists Steven Bryer and Jamie Willson, specifically using a set of Federation handbells created in 2001 by artists/bellfounders Neil McLachlan and Anton Hasell. The Federation Bells project was originally a Victorian Government and Melbourne International Arts Festival commission, which used technological developments made by RMIT’s Professor Joseph Thomas to create the world’s first true harmonic bells.

This will be the bells’ first outing since their recent acquisition by ANAM.
