Australasia’s progressive forum for contemporary art and ideas returns 19 – 22 February 2026 to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

Melbourne Art Fair builds on the success of its 2025 edition, giving stage to artists through curated presentations to deliver a focused event that defines art at this time.

The 19th iteration returns as a consultative proposition, with a focus on solo and tightly curated presentations. By engaging with MAF through the application process, we seek to increase the critical and commercial success of our participating galleries, while foregrounding the unique objectives and histories of each gallery and their exhibiting artists.

As a boutique-sized fair with a limited number of positions, interested galleries are encouraged to consult with Fair Director Melissa Loughnan before commencing their application.
