Enjoy access to Melbourne Art Fair’s exclusive VIP Program* including artist studio visits, collection tours and more.
The VIP Art Pass includes admission to ALL days of the Fair, including exclusive access to the Piper-Heidsieck Preview on Thursday 20 February 12:00PM – 5:00PM and the Opening Night Vernissage from 5:00PM – 9:00PM.**
Each pass admits one person.

**Vernissage is an 18+ event. *Events within the VIP Program have limited capacity. To avoid disappointment, purchase your VIP Art Pass prior to 14 January to ensure you have first access when the program goes live.
4-DAY PASS
4-Day Pass holders enjoy access to the Opening Night Vernissage on Thursday 20 February, and all sessions between Friday 21 February and Sunday 23 February. Take advantage of experiencing the full Public Program with this pass, including Artist Talks, workshops and more.*

*Concession tickets are available to: Student, Seniors, Pension, or Health Care Card holders. Proof required upon entry. **Admission is FREE for children under 5 **All juniors and children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. This email does not contain your tickets, however it provides instructions on how to access them.
To access your tickets:
On a mobile:
Open the confirmation email
Tap ‘Go to my Tickets’
This will open the Eventbrite app. Sign into your Eventbrite account. You will need to create an account if you do not have an existing one, and log in.
Once logged into the app, download your tickets and add them to your phone’s digital wallet for quick entry at the Fair.
On a laptop/desktop computer:
After completing a purchase, click ‘Take me to my Tickets’ on the confirmation page.
You will be taken to a page where you can view and download a printable PDF version of your tickets to present at the Fair.
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to ensure the best experience and avoid wait times at the Fair Box Office. Please note, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre is a cashless venue, so only card payments will be accepted.
If you are no longer able to attend on the date specified on your ticket, please contact ticketing@melbourneartfoundation.com and we will assist in transferring your ticket to another day that suits you. Please note, if you would like to change dates to a ticket of a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.
Yes. When logged in to your Eventbrite account on desktop, you can edit your order information to change the name and email. The tickets will then be sent to the nominated email address to ‘claim’. If you require assistance, please contact ticketing@melbourneartfoundation.com
Refunds are available up to 30-days before the Fair. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To request a refund, log in to Eventbrite and select ‘Tickets’. Find your order and select ‘Request a Refund’. Enter your details and submit your request. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
Session times indicate a period for entry to the Fair. Attendees are welcome to arrive early or stay later, provided it is on the same date as the ticket and within the Fair’s opening hours.
If you would like to attend again on another day, you will need to purchase a separate ticket. Alternatively, you can purchase a VIP Art Pass or a 4-Day Pass, which allow unlimited entry throughout the Fair’s duration.
Yes. Companion Card holders enter for free. Please present a valid companion card to staff at the information desk and you will be escorted through the entrance.
Entry is free for children under 5 years of age. Children aged 5 – 14 require a Junior ticket for entry. All children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The Fair is located at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) Door 1. The venue is accessible via car and public transport. Click here for route and parking information.
Yes. The Fair is located on the ground floor of MCEC at Door 1, with ramp access at the building’s entrance and elevator access from the parking lot. MCEC offer limited wheelchairs for day loans, with wider wheelchairs available if needed.

Large bags and backpacks must be cloaked before you enter the Fair. Small handbags are ok to carry with you. You may also cloak coats, umbrellas, and luggage if required.
