Lander—Se

GALLERY

Lander—Se is an artist-run contemporary gallery located within a converted barn on the Mornington Peninsula, founded in 2024 by artist and curator Hannah Nowlan. Through a seasonal exhibition program spanning painting, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, and installation, the gallery explores contemporary interpretations of the Australian landscape and its spiritual dimensions. Conceived as immersive environments shaped by light, material, and place, exhibitions foster meaningful connections between art, architecture, and setting. Representing a growing stable of emerging and mid-career artists, with a focus on women practitioners from regional Victoria, Lander—Se supports curatorial development, collector engagement, and the placement of works in significant collections.
